How Dynasty took its door, its booths, and its payments online with Guestly.

The Challenge

Before Guestly, Dynasty ran its biggest nights on group chats, spreadsheets, and paper at the door. Booth reservations lived in someone's DMs, and the guest list was a printout that was out of date the moment doors opened. Deposits and bottle-service payments meant chasing transfers or handling cash, and no-shows on unconfirmed bookings ate into the night.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests book a booth or join the guestlist on your page in their phone's browser. Share the link in your Instagram bio, or embed the page on your own website with one line of code.

How do booth bookings and payments work?

Guests choose the night, the booth, a package and any extras, then pay upfront by card through Stripe, either in full or as a deposit. The money goes to your own Stripe account. A 2.5% payment processing fee applies to bookings.

Can door staff use their own phones?

Yes. Guestly runs in the browser on any phone or tablet, and staff can add it to their home screen like an app. A check-in on one device shows on every other device straight away, including the office.

How are promoters tracked and paid?

Each promoter gets their own guestlist and watches their guests arrive as the door checks them in. Their payout is worked out from the guests who actually came, at your agreed rate per guest, and you mark it paid in a click.

Do I need a website?

No. Every venue gets a hosted booking page and guestlist page with its own logo and theme. If you do have a website, you can embed the same pages on it.

Can I try Guestly before paying?

Yes. The Starter plan is free for your first two events, with no setup fees. Move to Pro or Elite when you're ready, and cancel anytime.

Who owns our guest data?

You do. Export your guests, bookings and contacts as a CSV whenever you like. Guests choose whether to hear from you, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
