Terms of Service
Last updated 26 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Guestly platform. They are a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Guestly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Guestly on behalf of a venue or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Use of the service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Guestly in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide.
Bookings, payments and refunds
Guestly enables venues to take reservations, guest-list sign-ups, and payments. Venues are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and the fulfilment of bookings made through the platform.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider and are subject to their terms.
- Deposits, fees, and refund eligibility are set by the venue, and refunds are handled in accordance with the venue's policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Guestly for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or infringing content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts, or to use the platform in a way that could damage or impair it.
Intellectual property
Guestly and its content, features, and branding are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
Guestly is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guestly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Guestly if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Guestly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
